Im not gonna talk about every single team, just the ones that I thought did exceptionally well (+ wash and jacksonville of course).
Phillly - Broderick Bunkley and Winston Justice are two first round picks IMO. The rest of the guys they picked up were pretty much all solid picks too.
Green Bay - What a huge boost to a poor defense. I think they want to give Favre a winning season to retire on because most of their picks seemed like guys ready to play right away.
Arizona - This could have been the best draft of all. Adding Leinart and Pope to Fitzgerald, Boldin, and James is just going to be rediculous, especially since all but James are young players who can stay together for a long time. I think they could have added more offensive linemen but I suppose the defense needs attention too.
New York Jets - This isnt a draft that will pay off too much this year, but man what a foundation to build on. Mangold and Gerguson are going to be like Jones and Hutchinson in their prime, provided they stick together. Clemens was a strange selection considering they traded for Ramsey and still have Pennington, but since theyre both bums I wont fault the Jets for that pick. Basically I see a team looking to the future here.
Tennessee - How can they not be considered one of the top drafts after getting Young and White?
Denver - Im not too big on the Cutler selection because this is a team that has a shot at the Super Bowl next year. Trading the second rounder for Javon Walker was great though. Dumervil was also a good pick in the 4th round if you ask me.
Jacksonville - I felt the opposite way about the Jags that I did about the Broncos. This is a young team who has time on their side, but they seemed to be gearing up to make waves in the very near future. Marcedes Lewis was a great addition if you ask me - Leftwich finally has an out when his less than stellar receivers cant get open (Jimmy is great but come on he is past his 1999-2001 prime). Maurice Drew doesnt fit into the Jacksonville power running scheme, but he does add a little Tatum Bell//Mike Anderson element that the Broncos used so effectively last season.
Washington - Not much to say here really. Brandon Lloyd for a third round pick was a great move if you ask me because hes better than any of the receivers in this draft, especially any that were left in the third round. Trading all the early picks for Rocky McIntosh seemed pretty foolish to me, but hes from Miami (so are Portis, Moss, Taylor) so I wont count him out yet. More of the same from a team that never puts much stock into the draft.

so yea
I have to agree with most of the stuff you put down except:
Tenn: While this is a BIG draft if White AND young pay off in the long run, they are MAJOR risks. (Vince moreso than LenDale.) Honestly, I'm going to say that Tennessee made a BIG mistake not taking Matt Leinart(sp) who will come in and make an IMMEDIATE impact for any team he played on (in this case now Arizona). However, if Young can prove he can play in the NFL (I personally don't see him playing well for at least 3 years) then this may be looked at as one of the best Drafts by any team ever...
Denver: I think the FO for Denver saw what they needed in Plummer in the AFC championship game...a mediocre QB with flashes of brilliance. The only down side to that is he's already in the prime of his career, and there isn't much upside to him. They drafted for the future, which is okay...although, a franchise RB would have been a better pick here than cutler. Javon Walker coming in is SURE going to make a difference with the mediocre recieiving corps that denver had (aside from Smith)
Jacksonville: Mixed feelings. I don't like the idea of drafting a TE in the first round at all, especially considering the cardinals found Pope in the 3rd round - that being said, I think Maurice Drew is going to be a freaking star. Jacksonville unfortunately doesn't have a power running game (fred is more of a finesse runner, while greg jones is the power runner) anyhow, this guy has ALOT of upside. He went to the pac-10 team ahead of Reggie bush (as a punt returner, but even so) watching his clips, even for a small guy, he's a GREAT back. If he was 1 or 2 inches taller he'd have gone in the first round for sure. Ingram from Oklahoma - a hometown guy - should start at OLB for and is very good in space.
Washington: Typical washington. By far the worst draft this year. They're not getting any younger - and thats bad. Brandon Lloyd for a 3rd rnd is a VERY good pick though. VERY good. He was better imo than any of the recievers picked in the first round this year.
Texans: Probably the worst mistake ever aside from the chargers picking up ryan leaf first over all. They missed out on possibly the best running back to hit the draft in 10 years.
