.. at least as a free man, I've got engaged to my Gf last saturday! :mrgreen:

We had a lovely day together, since we're both kinda broke we just spent the day together at home, only luxury we could afford was a magnificent breakfast and champagne. Didn't really matter we didn't do anything "special", it was truly a great day, one I'll remember for a long time.

Not very used to wear jewelry of any kind, never liked it, so this ring is kinda annoying actually, heh.. I guess I'll vget used to it soon enough tho, or so they say :)

i guess you could say that about OKC....(Oklahoma City), cuz it is one of the cheapest places to live....so i'm sure its cheap to visit...cept maybe for the airplane tickets...lol

It sure does! :mrgreen: I'm also 25+ so my days as a young man is over and I'm now officially an old grumpy 'tard! :mrgreen:

Edit: One thing I realized about growing older, you know you're old when you rather spend a saturday evening at home in front of the TV with yar GF instead of going out with yer mates and get wasted, heh.. ! I haven't been out getting drunk for a loooong time now. Before, we went out at least once a week, nowadays it's more like once a month or less!

I don't wear jewelry, not on my ears, my face, my tongue, my neck or my nether regions! My wife is okay with that. And I wear the ring when we go out, or as I call it "playing dress-up!" She's fine with that.

If you explain to her why you don't like jewelry, maybe she can compromise and be okay with your wearing it on special occasions?

Regardless, its a small thing in the long years together I hope you have, brother.
