It looks like it is about the Battle of Thermopylae where about 300(?) Spartans held off the entire Persian army at a small pass. They eventually got flanked and lost but they fought to the last man. They held it long enough for the rest of the Greeks to flee to safety.
That movie looks fucking amazing though. Some awesome visuals in that trailer.

Thank you. I had no, freaking, clue. I wasn't sure if it was suppose to be real, or if that hole was like a portal to hell, or if they were on another planet or what. I seriously got NOTHING from that trailer.
