His stomache area. All that weight has to go somewhere and out and down are about the only 2 paths they can go.

i feel kinda sorry for the guy, but i'm sure most of it is his fault....its pretty nasty....i'm not eating for the next week!

Yes, it is his fault, but once you get about 400-500 pounds you become basically immobile, and you can't get to that weight without an enabler. Someone who is blind to his condition is feeding him, or simply don't care.

Not true. There was some comic who, iirc was over the 500 pound mark and quite mobile.

Different people have different muscle and bone structure. Most 500lbers can't move well at all.
