The Orange Box

Post by StormCrow »

*cough* HL2, EP1, Ep2 (the new one), Portals (google it.), and Yes

TEAM FORTRESS 2.

i don't know if you guys were really into TFC in the day, but the game was fun as hell, and i can't wait to play TF2.

If you preorder the orange box, you get to play TF2 beta til the release date in october.

still not sure i want to preorder, since i can play Fortress Forever (its a HL source mod than is pretty much TFC with better graphics)

either way Portals Ep2 and TF2 will definitely be enough for me to drop 45$ on this bundle (even though i own HL2 already...)

you can purchase a bundle of games off steam (preordering currently)

which you get, Half Life 2, Half Life 2 Episode 1, Episode 2, Portals, Team fortress 2.

TFC = team fortress classic.

hope that helps.

??

I always had to have a half-life key in the past to be able to play CS on steam. And while formatting my C-drive(a year ago), apperently it got deleted and because it was 'borrowed' from a friends friend, I could no longer get it back and thus could not log into Steam.

So what am I missing here?

Well if you were to play CS:Source you'd have to buy that since I think they made its own full fledged game on Steam I think that costs $20 still. If you buy the "Orange Box" You will get TF2, HL2 EP1&2, and Portals for $45 USD.

http://www.steampowered.com/v/index.php

and download the Steam client and make an account. If you ever happened to find your old HL1 key you can register it and download the game from the Steam servers anytime you want(I think).
End
