think my mobo is fried
wont post, no bios, no ligts on the keyboard
the ide light and power lights on the case lit up though

What happened when it 'fried'.
Perhaps try flashing your bios. Or maybe your cmos battery is dead/loose?

i dunno thats its fried but, it just seems most likely to me
puter shut down by itself, and then it tried to boot up 3 times, without ever reaching windows
and now it just wont post anymore
i power it on, and nothing happens
the ide and power del's are lit on the case
but no power gets to my keyboard, and nothing shows on the monitor
