New computer - FINALLY!Y!!!!

Man, I think I have wrote in like fiffty different threads in this forum that I will "buy a new comp soon", but finally I have taken my thumb out of my ass as we say in Sweden, and ordered a new comp.

It's got 2Xdualcore something something, 8 gigs of ram, a Nvidia 9800 GTX+, and a 500g HDD with the usual other stuff like dvd-burner and whatnot.

I even bought a windows vista 64bits home edition, hahaha! I'm so old and lazy nowadays I can't be arsed to DL an OS with all the extra labour it takes.

Aah, well, now I just have to find the most demanding games to really put it up for a test. I hope I get it on friday, and get it started on sunday. Stupid me has already made plans for saturday, heh.. I will spend the whole day with family, wishing I was home with my new baby instead! hehe..

Wasn't that expensive either, around 1300 bucks (1 usd = 6.62 sek) for the whole shabang.

Wooho, I'm happy :) Can't wait for some cool games to be released, like empire:total war or SC2, or DIII or Fallout3 !!!

fallout 3 isnt too far out either

i think crysis is a good pc testing game

yeah I read a couple of gf-card reviews and they all used Crysis when comparing different cards. It is said to be the best lookin game ever so far, but I haven't seen it myself yet.

yea i think its used for benchmarks and such all over
i didnt get interested in the game, beyond the fact thats its a third person shooter

With the conversion he gave it should only be 512 mb of ram.

Anyways, didn't get the comp on friday. The motherboard is said to be very popular and demand exceds production, so I've had to wait for it. I thought I would get the comp today, but apperently not. I will call them tomorrow and ask when the hell I can pick it up. I'm getting quite anxious about this!

It took them bloody ages, but FINALLY im sitting on my new computer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dunno what the fuck I did, but I managed to get internet started directly, those thigns usually take forever, heh..

Aah man,this feels great.. now I need to start downloading all the cool stuff I need!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHOOOOO!

( only wish I had a faster broad badn though)
