on another note, i have a Zune and its pretty damned badass, i hated most of the Ipods i owned, and the Zune is way better, no itunes (and the spyware quicktime program) the zune software lets you download all the music you want for like 15$ a month (if you legally get your music that is) whereas itunes is like 99cents a song.

it doesn't scratch like ipods do, seriously, its durable as shit, i've dropped it on concrete with no issues.

no gay scroll wheel (although a lot of people love the wheel on ipods)

so yeah, i like it, and ipod commercials are pretentious anyways.
