Small Stake Hold'em by by Ed Miller, David Sklansky, Mason Malmuth.
Seriously, anyone whos past the begining stages of poker and playing in small stakes (im not really sure how high small stakes goes.. but 3/6 and lower without a doubt).
Since i got this book, my online bankroll has doubled. Seriously. Get this book if you play small stakes.
