im not sure about this ben folds guy, he had the band Ben Folds Five, then he did some stuff where he was just Ben Folds, and i heard he has another band now, he's had some radio airtime, but for the most part he's an indie guy who just plays gigs and such i don't think i'd consider his stuff record executive bullshit like most bands

Interesting thing is his solo work and some of the stuff he did when in the Ben Folds Five has been hitting the muzak network pretty hard. Its mellow piano stuff and quite good.

He also covered a Dr. Dre song :lol:

Might have been a different forum, I know "bitches ain't shit" was one of the first free pepsi itunes songs I downloaded and its been nearly a year.
