It's not an official announcement yet, but I think on battle.net websites, you create an account, and you can choose if you are interested in being eligible for betas.

Yeah, now I remember. I think I did that once for the SC beta.
Feels great that it finally is drawing closer for relase, but I'm guessing it'll be out no sonner than christmas, heh.. Possibly even later.

When is the next SC scheduled for releasse? I doubt they'll release'em both close to eachother. Ofc they dont' want to stela revenue from each of the franchises, heh..
