Empire: total war

I know you guys never played or like the other total war games, but look at these movie clips and tell me this doesn't look to be the greatest strategy game ever?

I'm so fucking happy this game is not far away now, It is one of the very reasons I even bothered to buy myself a new computer!

just starcraft really

For some reason this doesn't really appeal to me. It looks like Risk. And... i don't know. It might be good, id have to give it a try.

strategy games level of complexity rape me hard, i just don't have the coordination to play them at even a decent level.

mostly having to do with my inability to memorize every keybind and that i suck at juggling groups of selected mobs.

typically i play strategy games for fun (i don't like to play them online).

so i just play the story mode, and use the right click ---> everything command.

I may try to learn Starcraft 2 when it comes out, but i've never been too hardcore about RTS games.

FPS's on the other hand... i'm pretty fucking good at those (well above average anyways).
