Notice the difference? Second one has parts blacked out. Is this just a part over it? Anyway? Any idea?

Notice the tail lights on that car...

It can be a couple things, you could tape off the spots you want and paint the rest whatever color (works best for color matching to you car), or you can cut out dark window tint in any shape you want, or you can have a black plastic cover that snaps on over, or finally it could be an entirely different tail light assembly (requires taking off all the tail light parts and putting on new ones), if it's a option from the factory to get it that way it's most likely a completely different set of lights that are installed instead of the normal set. I think it's becoming more common for customizers to just tape a pattern that they want and paint the rest, either black or to match the color of the car.

Thats the ONLY one ive seen like that, and i cant find parts that do it anywhere..
And i've never seen a plastic part to go over it. I assumed it was painted over. But i was wondering if there was anything else.
