I usually d/l from emule where I click on comments and file names to make sure I d/l what I want. Therefore, no real mishaps happen to me.

I once had the misfortune of seing a downloaded movieclip with an insanely high guy (At least I guess he was high... ) who had put the 'sack' on to the table and was punding down nails through his balls and into the wooden table , and where his cock should have been was just a small hole..

Now that I think of it, I unwillingly saw a couple of really horrible videos from ogrish.com, including the most disturbing one I've ever seen, from Chechnya...
