One of my favorite clips of all time. Stanhope is comedian who lives in a small town... and they are discussing the recent ban on plastic bags. So many little hidden gems in this clip, from banging the podium to carrying the bible up with him. Absolutely brilliant.

965 children died from accidental suffocation.. from what? legos.. perhaps.. but the lion's share.. PLASTIC BAGS PEOPLE!!! That's what these kids are choking to death on! And call me crazy, that's 965 too many. In the amount of time the "plastic bag ban" has been in place in Bisbee.. the number of deaths of children choking to death on plastic bags? ZERO. And I think that's a good number. Numbers don't lie and can't be manipulated for a political point of view.
Did this council jump over some boundaries to bullrush this legislation in to place? Perhaps. Did they cut some corners? Did they ignore important Bisbee city charter protocol to get this legislation in place? Absolutely. Did they do anything illegal? Possibly. Should they be imprisoned, right now, if that man has ANY respect for the badge, into one of Joe Arpaio's pink prisons eating green baloney? ABSOLUTELY!
But you cannot argue with results. That zero, that goose egg on dead Bisbee children doesn't lie. And any member of this council who votes to resend the plastic bag ban, you might as well just vote for babies to suffocate in plastic bags till they are dead.
