we reached an agreement with our landlord for our new lease
price is going up, but thats to be expected in any case
but he promised to fix the plumbing as well
well it was dripping in his apartment afterall
still we're getting a great price, and its cool to finally have a place i can call home, with my name on the lease
also, im making a games room in one of the rooms, complete with all the consoles i can muster, wich include : nes, snes, sega master system, n64, gamecube and ps2
for now
i will definately get my hands on a genesis as well
and i'll probly run a puter with roms to fill in for games that are to hard to find
