A buddy of mine gave me this link to check out. He's been on the server and rolled around, although I personally think its not all that great he fell in love with it (of course, hes pretty simple minded imo)
The server is free to play on, you just need to make an account via the site. connecting to it is easy if you have a current version of wow. Its just a matter of changing the realm list to the server info to get the right address and log in.

Utopie WoW is its name. You imediately get 170+ million xp the first mob you kill.
