First impressions of chapter 6

Well, my first impressions are positive.

THe Beast Master system is really complicated; especially if yer looking to make awesome pets. The variations are unbelievably hard to comprehend without some study; however making a pet just to make one isnt all that difficult. Its just a matter of placing the DNA, the enzymes, and some power in an incubator of any type. I have a Tulrus cooking atm that im gonna turn into a mount. The only other drawback in the amount of time it takes to cook; mine phase 1 took 21 hours.

The difficulty increase has definately made this game a challenge. Single silver bar elites are harder to handle solo and I have yet to try a double gold. We found a spawn of cl178 butterflys on corellia we tried fighting and nearly lost every fight with a group of 4. The mobs use all sorts of special abilities and have new resistances to DoT and snare effects, making it a lot more of a challenge. We havent tried musty yet, but reports are its hard. WS says DWB is harder, you can still solo it if yer careful. I dunno if they are true on that though. Eh well

Treasure maps are very interesting (How they reimplemented them and fixed how they work) but we were able to get in the chest and beat off the silver bar elites. The loot was kinda meh, but you do get a rare piece. Scutch pulled a schematic for a backpack that gave +20 str/sta/con/agi and Rockett got a bracelet with some pretty nice commando mods.

Overall, this chapter gets two thumbs, enthusiastically held up.
