Releasing buggy/unfinished content is real bad for MMOs (ie just about every SWG release). Blizzard always releases polished quality products. I'm sure this will be nothing less than that...

There is no way you could even dream of having a gathering in EQ2, or any PvP MMO for that matter, without someone busting it up. There are just too many people out there that think that something like that would be funny. They should have expected that possibility and held it somewhere else... obvi...
